Instruction:


Easy Install for windows



  1. Make sure that you have extracted the .img file from the compressed .tar file (open source 7-Zip will do this)

  2. Using the Windows Image Writer, select the image (ChromeOS-Flow.img) and your USB drive letter from the drop down box.

  3. Click “Write”. The install image will then be copied to the drive.

  4. Note : The USB Flashdrive will be reformatted to fit the Image.

  5. Once it's done, close the program and you can then boot from the USB drive.

  6. Note : If your BIOS does not support USB booting, burn PLoP onto a floppy, CD, or DVD and boot via USB.

  7. You're done.

  8. Note: Even if your bios can't support usb booting, you can boot off a live cd.



Easy Install for linux

  1. Extract ChromeOS-Flow.img to any location.

  2. Install USB-ImageWriter using Synaptic Package Manager

  3. Run Applications –> Accessories –> ImageWriter

  4. Choose location of images file and SD or USB drive location
  5.Write image and reboot
